It has been said that if you are not chopping, you are not cooking!  I agree and say if you are chopping, you need a bench scaper to make your life easier.

A bench scraper can be used to cut and divide dough and well as move every cut and tiny vegetable in the direction you want to go.

Here we have practicality and a lifetime of beauty all rolled into one. If only I could age like this bench scraper…
